WHO IS BEHIND IT ALL?

Hi, I'm Žiga.

I've always been inspired by nature and the endless possibilities hidden within natural materials. Although I am a mechanical engineer by education, my connection to craftsmanship runs much deeper.

My great-grandfather was a skilled woodworker. Over time, and due to the circumstances of that era, the family workshop was eventually closed. Yet the knowledge, respect for wood, and love of craftsmanship never disappeared—they were passed down through generations.

Today, we are bringing that heritage back to life. By combining traditional woodworking skills with modern technology, we create high-quality wooden products designed to be shared, loved, and passed on.

PINA is not the work of one person alone. Behind the brand is a small group of kind-hearted people whose support, trust, and encouragement make everything possible.

It all started with a single hand-carved wooden puzzle.

That simple project sparked something—a quiet but powerful desire to keep creating. Not just products, but meaningful connections: with natural materials, with craftsmanship, and with the people who welcome our creations into their homes.

Living in a country where nature is always within reach, inspiration comes naturally. It encourages us to slow down, observe, and create something honest, beautiful, and lasting.
