Shipping policy

We ship to the destinations available at checkout.

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days.

For made-to-order products, the expected dispatch time is shown on the product page or communicated before fulfilment.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person designated by you, receives them. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@littlepina.com and we will resolve the matter with the carrier.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply unless stated otherwise at checkout.
