Shipping policy

DELIVERY

The provider undertakes to send the ordered products as soon as possible. Most orders received by 1 pm on a working day are sent on the same day or within 3 working days at the latest. We also ship Europe where most of our items are on stock and are dispatched within three working days. You will be notified of the status of your order via email. However, some of the items are made to order. In these cases we will let you know about the delivery time on a case-by-case basis. In the event that a particular product is not in stock and delivery will be longer, we will immediately notify you by phone or e-mail. In the event that a longer delivery time does not suit you, we can remove the product from the order or replace it with another similar one.

Delivery is handled by partner GLS for Europe, most shipments are delivered in 1-5 working day from the day of dispatch. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification that we have shipped the order. 

The cost of delivery and packaging can be seen in the cart at the end of the order.

The cost of delivery already includes a possible commission, which posts charges additionally for the payment of shipments.

 

DELIVERY COST

For other Europe countries the cost of delivery depends on the country where we are shipping the product. The price can be seen in the cart at the end of the order.
