Returns and complaints
At Pina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product or have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us and we will find a solution together.
Right to withdraw from the contract
The consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the product that they withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer receives the product.

You can notify your withdrawal from the contract with an unambiguous statement by e-mail.
Return conditions
To be returned, the product must be:
- unused,
- undamaged,
- in its original packaging,
- with all accompanying parts.
Please pack the products appropriately to prevent damage during transport.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the product, except in the case of:
- damaged product,
- wrongly delivered product,
- genuine product defect.
Refund
The purchase price will be refunded no later than 14 days after receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
The company may withhold the refund until the return of the goods or until the buyer provides proof that the product has been sent back.
The purchase price will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
Products without the possibility of return
In accordance with the law, refunds are not possible for:
- products made to order by the buyer,
- personalized products,
- products with engraving, name or customized design,
- products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper use.
Since many Pina products are made specifically for an individual order, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to personalized products.
Damaged or incorrect product
If you receive a (very unlikely) damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- order number,
- description of the problem,
- photos of the product and packaging.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will:
- replace,
- repair,
- or refund the purchase price.
Material defect
The buyer may exercise rights arising from non-conformity of the goods in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation.
A product has non-conformity of the goods when:
- it does not have the properties necessary for normal use,
- it does not have the properties that were explicitly promised,
- it does not correspond to the description or photo.
