Refund policy

We offer a 30-day withdrawal period, starting on the day you receive your order.

To withdraw from your purchase, notify us within 30 days at info@littlepina.com or use the withdrawal function available on our store(Here is the link to help you return the product). Please include your name and order number.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us to:

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Original packaging is appreciated but is not required.

You normally bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If your order is incorrect, damaged or non-conforming, contact us at info@littlepina.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected and we cover return costs where required by law.

Refunds

We will refund payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Personalised products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights if the product is damaged, defective or otherwise non-conforming.
