These Terms apply to purchases made at littlepina.com.

Orders and prices

Before placing an order, you can review and correct the information entered. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before the order is placed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.

Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Because we use natural materials, variations in wood grain, colour and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the physical product.

Payment and delivery

Payment is made using the methods available at checkout.

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person designated by you, receives them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Returns and conformity

Withdrawal and return rights are described in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, including your rights relating to non-conforming goods.

Intellectual property

The PINA name, product designs, photographs, text, graphics and other website content are owned by PINA or used with permission and may not be copied or commercially used without prior consent, except where permitted by law.

Governing law and complaints

Slovenian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of habitual residence.

PINA does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving disputes that a consumer may initiate under the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
