CONTENT PROTECTION The content published on this site is the property of PINA and may not be copied, reproduced, or otherwise distributed without the written permission of the owner.

Due to the use of natural materials, colour and structural variations on finished products are common. Product images are symbolic — each item is unique. Once a shipment has been handed over to the postal service, PINA is not responsible for physical damage, destruction, loss, missing contents, or signs of tampering.

PINA reserves the right to change these terms at any time and without prior notice.

COMPLAINTS We respect applicable consumer protection legislation and make every effort to fulfil our duty to provide an effective complaint handling system.

In case of problems, customers may contact us by email at info@littlepina.com. The complaint procedure is confidential.

We are aware that the economic value of most consumer disputes is disproportionate to the time and costs of resolving them in court. We therefore strive to resolve any disputes amicably.

In accordance with applicable law, PINA does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for disputes initiated under the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.

As an online seller operating in the Republic of Slovenia, PINA publishes the following link to the EU online consumer dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

This is required under the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with their intended purpose. PINA is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

MATERIAL DEFECTS A material defect exists when: the item lacks properties necessary for its normal use; it lacks properties required for a specific purpose known to the seller; it does not match agreed or prescribed characteristics; or the delivered item does not correspond to the sample or model shown.

Suitability is assessed by comparison with a flawless item of the same type.

The buyer must notify PINA of any material defect within the statutory period (2 months from discovery), with a detailed description, and allow for inspection of the item. PINA is liable for material defects discovered within two years of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).
